The Stuttgart Tourist Board holds room allocations for the “International Congresses of Genealogical and Heraldic Sciences” which takes place in Stuttgart. The corresponding password is “IKGH”. Room reservation services are free of charge.
For your hotel reservation, the following options are offered:
1.) Online booking:
Via the internet address “www.stuttgart-tourist.de/congress/ikgh” you may directly proceed your reservation online. All hotels are listed, incl. short descriptions and categories. Confirmation of reservation will be issued per email immediately upon successful booking.
2.) Reservation by fax or email:
Fill in and fax the enclosed reservation form to the hotel service center of Stuttgart Marketing GmbH: Fax no. +49 / (0) 711-22 28 251 or email your enquiry stating the password “IKGH” to hotels@stuttgart-tourist.de. Confirmation of reservation will be sent by separate fax or email.
3.) Reservation by phone:
You may also reserve your hotel room by phone, stating the password “IKGH”. Our hotel service center is at your disposal from Mon to Fri, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, phone: *49 / (0) 711-22 28 233. Confirmation of reservation will be sent by separate fax or email.
Cancellations and requests for changes of bookings are only possible via Stuttgart-Marketing GmbH.
